At Craw-leigh, we want your order to arrive safely and on time, with clear expectations about delivery and costs. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long delivery usually takes, and what you can expect once your order has been placed.


Shipping Locations

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped to the United Kingdom. 

Orders for customers in the United Kingdom are processed through our international dispatch network and may then be handed to our UK fulfilment / delivery partner for the final stage of delivery.

We do not currently offer delivery to countries outside the United Kingdom.


Handling & Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Typical timelines are:

  • Order cut-off time:
    Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+0) are usually processed the same business day.
    Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+0), on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Order handling time:
    1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, to prepare and pack your order.

  • Transit time:
    Usually around 5 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday, after dispatch, depending on your delivery address and the carrier used.

  • Estimated delivery time:
    In total, most orders arrive within approximately 6 to 10 business days from the time you place your order.

These timeframes are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, high-volume periods, customs checks (if applicable), weather conditions or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on all orders.


Carriers

We work with external shipping and delivery carriers to deliver orders to customers in the United Kingdom. For many UK deliveries, parcels are handed to Royal Mail for the final stage of delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which may include a tracking number (where tracking is available).

You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your parcel via:

  • the carrier’s website, and/or

  • the order tracking section on our website (if available).


Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery (for example delays, a missing parcel or a damaged package):

  1. Please check your tracking information first, if available.

  2. If the issue is not resolved, contact our customer service team with your order number and any relevant details.

We will liaise with the carrier and do our best to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect from a pickup point, we may deduct any return shipping or re-delivery costs from your refund, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • If you realise you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched, but we will do our best to assist.
