How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes around 5 to 8 business days. In total, most orders arrive within approximately 6 to 10 business days from the time the order is placed.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and, where needed, ask for photos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will assist you with an appropriate solution in line with your legal rights.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No. Craw-leigh is an online only fashion store.
